MOE Restoration Services, is a full service Disaster Relief company with extensive knowledge and resources in emergency restoration. Since the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew in 1992 our experienced team has been deployed to every major storm in Florida. In 2001, we were mobilized on behalf of Florida Power and Light for Tropical Storm Gabrielle to provide catering for 2000 workers. Due to the active 2004 Hurricane season, we were deployed for Hurricanes Katrina, Wilma and Rita which included the largest FEMA site. Owning to our forces on internal decision making MOE Restoration Services can mobilize within twenty-four hours to assist organizations and institutions during all emergency situations.

We are capable of supporting man camps, catering, and any level of technical support based upon individual needs. MOE Restoration Services provided the catering for Camp Premier (pictured above, services by Disaster Management Group) the largest FEMA sight in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. We initially fed first responders in the hard hit New Orleans area, followed by the residents as the parish was in the midst of re-building their community.

MOE Restoration Services has formed proven alliances in strategic locations across the country with tent manufacturers, party rental companies, catering companies and technical support for power services, upscale portable restrooms, shower and laundry facilities and housing. These award winning companies are licensed, bonded and insured. Our long standing association with Sysco Foods ensures a constant and consistent food delivery level at a moments notice. Our long-term alliance with our professional associates has proven to be an invaluable asset in our emergency preparedness and its successful execution.

Mara Routh was always told she should get into the catering business. Now never being an impulsive person she took the chance and opened Celebrations Catering. Now with over two decades of experience under her belt she joined The Michaels on East Gourmet group in 2004 as the managing Partner of MOE Restoration Services, a division of Michaels on East along with Partners John Mancin, Phil Mancini and Michael Klauber. Colonel David Dysart. Assisted with the development, planning and project management of the first Humanitarian Aid Center (HAC)in Kuwait. The HAC coordinated with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) and Governmental Organizations (GO) responding to civil, military and environmental concerns to maximize limited resources in support of U.S. Military and Coalition missions, goals and objectives.
